Refund Policy
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- Art Prints and Stickers: All sales of art prints and stickers are final. Due to the nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on art prints unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your art print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
- Apparel: If you are not completely satisfied with your apparel (unused, unwashed, and in its original condition), you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs for apparel exchanges.
- Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned or exchanged once downloaded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email to confirm its arrival. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email contact@joodytude.com.
